This website introduces RST Ecoenergy Pvt. Ltd., its product portfolio and engineering services. Use it for lawful evaluation and business communication. Website access is not authorisation to access restricted systems, private documents or another person’s records.

Public descriptions, images, videos and specifications support an initial discussion. Confirm current availability, configuration, compatibility and performance with RST for your application. Concept visuals are illustrative and do not independently establish facilities, certifications or tested performance. Follow the approved documentation supplied for the actual system.

An enquiry, RFQ, resource download or website acknowledgement is not an accepted purchase order or supply agreement. Scope, specifications, price, taxes, payment, delivery, acceptance and warranty are governed by the accepted quotation or contract and applicable law. Clarify any difference between website material and an offered configuration before ordering.

A demonstration request is subject to confirmation of scope, suitability, access, location and schedule. Development milestones, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property and acceptance criteria must be agreed separately. Public forms must not be used to transmit classified or restricted technical material.

Provide accurate details when requesting protected resources. RST branding and original content must not be misrepresented as your own. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights. Access to a document does not transfer ownership, grant manufacturing rights or replace the approved specification for a supply. Do not bypass download controls or share private access tokens.

Submit only information and files you are authorised to share. A careers application does not constitute an employment offer or partnership agreement. Do not upload malicious files, misleading information or personal documents unrelated to the request. RST may contact you to clarify a submission.

Use the support or warranty form to provide the product and supply references and a clear description of the issue. Coverage, exclusions, service arrangements and remedies depend on the applicable accepted terms and review. A ticket acknowledgement is not an approval of coverage. Do not return equipment until RST confirms the return procedure.

Do not interfere with the website, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access or submit spam. Third-party maps, embedded videos, social platforms and the vendor/client portal may operate under separate access rules and terms. Availability of those services is controlled by their respective operators.
